Browse short, feature-by-feature video walkthroughsNew

Every corner of Help now includes a short, focused walkthrough video — browse them feature by feature to see exactly how something works before you dive in. Want the whole tour in one go instead? Watch every video back-to-back in our Getting Started playlist on YouTube.

Exclude wholesale or bulk orders from your numbersNew

If you sell wholesale or bulk orders through the same Shopify store as your regular DTC business, those orders used to get mixed into your average order value, revenue, and margin — skewing all of them. Add the tag your wholesale orders carry under Settings → Account settings, and Bratrax rebuilds your dashboards to leave them out.

Set shipping costs by regionNew

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico usually costs more than shipping to the rest of the country, but Cost settings could only apply one flat rate to every order. Now you can set a different shipping cost per region — with a one-click shortcut for those three — so your profit and margin numbers reflect what you actually pay to ship, wherever the order goes.

Approve new Shopify permissions in one clickImproved

As we roll out more reporting and deeper visibility into your orders, the data Bratrax pulls from Shopify occasionally grows too — and Shopify sometimes needs you to approve an extra permission before you can get the full benefit. When that happens, you'll see a banner right in Settings → Connectors telling you exactly what's needed, with a button that takes you straight to Shopify to approve it.

Start a second store without contacting supportNew

You can now add a second store to your account yourself — no need to ask us first. Click Add store in the header, name it, and Bratrax sets it up under your existing account, covered by your existing billing.

Track advertorials and bridge pages with a generic pixelNew

If you run traffic through an advertorial, a bridge page, or any custom landing page that isn't built on Shopify, WooCommerce, or Funnelish, you can now track it directly. Install the Custom / Other pixel from Settings → Connectors → External Landing Pages and Bratrax picks up clicks, add-to-carts, and checkouts on that page the same way it does on your storefront.

Tell Bratrax about the other domains you ownNew

If your funnel spans more than one domain — a separate advertorial site, a regional storefront, or a page hosted on another platform — visitors moving between them used to get credited to Referral instead of whatever actually brought them in. Add them under Settings → Account settings, or right alongside your tracking snippet if you're setting up the Custom / Other pixel under Settings → Connectors.

Reconnect a broken platform connection in one clickImproved

You already get an email when a connected platform's access expires or gets revoked. Now you'll see it in the app too: a banner in the header and a "Needs reconnect" state on the affected connector in Settings → Connectors, with a single button to reconnect — no more digging through settings to find what broke.

More accurate attribution when checkout redirects through a payment gatewayImproved

If a customer's checkout bounces through a payment page like Klarna or Amazon Pay on the way back to your store, Bratrax no longer counts that as a referral. The sale now gets credited to the ad, email, or channel that actually drove it, so your Attribution numbers reflect real referral traffic instead of checkout redirects.

Get notified when a platform connection needs reconnectingImproved

If access to one of your connected platforms — Facebook, Google, Shopify, or any other connector — expires or gets revoked, we'll email the account owner to let you know it needs reconnecting, so your data doesn't quietly go stale. Head to Settings → Connectors to fix it in a couple of clicks.

Track your Amazon product costs in Cost settingsNew

If you sell on Amazon as well as Shopify, you can now enter unit and handling costs for each Amazon SKU right alongside your Shopify product costs in Cost settings. Bratrax matches them automatically to your shipped units, so your profit numbers account for your Amazon business too, not just your Shopify one.

Connect Amazon Ads and Amazon Seller Central to BratraxNew

Amazon is now a supported integration. Connect Amazon Ads and Amazon Seller Central (SP-API) from Settings → Connectors, and Bratrax brings your Amazon spend and orders into the same attributed view as your Facebook, Google, and other channels — so Amazon sits in your blended ROAS and revenue instead of in a separate tab.

Get help without leaving your dashboardNew

Need a hand while you're working in Bratrax? Click the “?” button in the top bar and a support assistant opens alongside your dashboard. Ask it how to connect a platform, read a dashboard, or set up attribution and it answers from our help docs — and if it can't, it connects you with our support team without making you leave the page.

July 2026

Email and SMS touchpoints now appear in your attribution pathsImproved

Attribution now captures email and SMS interactions as touchpoints on the path to purchase, giving you a more complete picture of what drove each order — especially if you run active Klaviyo or SMS flows alongside your paid ads.

Choose exactly which ad accounts count toward your media spendImproved

You can now configure which ad accounts and campaigns are included in your media spend totals. Useful for agencies or brands running multiple accounts where not everything should roll up into one number. Open a connection under Settings → Connectors and set it under Ad Accounts.

Connect Bloomreach to BratraxNew

Bloomreach is now a supported integration. Connect it under Settings → Connectors to bring Bloomreach engagement, recommendation clicks, and conversion data into your attribution dashboard — so you can see exactly how your personalization stack contributes to revenue alongside your ad spend.

Dashboards load correctly every time you return to themImproved

When you navigated away from a dashboard and returned, tiles would sometimes show a "metrics view not found" error or load stale data from an earlier session. Both issues are now fixed — dashboards reload cleanly every time you come back to them.

June 2026

Manage multiple stores from one accountNew

You can now switch between every store you run from one Bratrax account, using a store switcher in the header — no separate logins to juggle. Adding a new store takes seconds and is covered under your existing account.

See who's actually behind your revenueNew

The new Commerce Profile Graph gives you one searchable view of everyone who's touched your store — customers, identified leads, and anonymous visitors — automatically stitched together across your store, ad platforms, email and SMS tools. Search by email, phone, or name to pull up a person's full timeline: every order, visit, and message in the exact sequence it happened.

Find it under Commerce Profile Graph in your dashboard sidebar.

Watch your dashboards update in real timeImproved

Dashboards now update almost instantly, so your campaign performance, attribution, and revenue numbers reflect what's happening right now instead of a stale cache. It's already live on your account — there's nothing you need to turn on.

See exactly when your data last syncedImproved

The dashboard now shows live sync status for each of your connected platforms, so you can tell at a glance whether your numbers are current or a data sync is still in progress. No more wondering why a metric looks off.

Pinterest Ads attribution is liveNew

Connect Pinterest Ads to see your spend, clicks, and attributed revenue in the same dashboard as your Facebook and Google campaigns. Bratrax will tie Pinterest clicks to orders using the same attribution model as your other channels. Find it under Settings → Connectors.

Connect your WooCommerce store to BratraxNew

WooCommerce stores are now supported. Connect your store under Settings → Connectors to pull in orders, customers, and product data — then see exactly which ad spend drove each sale, with the same attribution model that powers Shopify brands on Bratrax.

Copy-paste UTM templates for your ad platformsNew

Settings → Connectors now includes ready-made UTM tracking templates for Google, Meta, and Taboola, plus one for your organic social profile and content links. Copy the right template and paste it directly into your ad manager — so Bratrax can capture every click and tie it back to the right campaign.

See the full story behind every orderNew

You can now see every touchpoint, visit, and event that led to a sale in one chronological timeline, instead of piecing it together from separate reports. Find it by clicking into any order from a campaign drilldown.

See it for yourself.
